Currently VIVEPORT only supports Windows 7, Windows 10, and Windows 8.1, kindly check if you have the supported Windows OS.
For VIVEPORT Subscribers:
- Make sure that you have selected "Ready Player One: OASIS beta - Elite Gunter Edition" in your Subscription selection.
- Check if your VIVEPORT Desktop app version is now up to date to or above version 1.2.7 (r51) by going to setting => Check for updates.
- If you encounter any issues with your software update, please see VIVEPORT Update FAQ
- Check if you have sufficient disk space.
- Reboot your computer, and launch the application once again.
- Unfortunately, if you are still having trouble updating VIVEPORT Desktop App. Please click here for instructions to re-install your VIVEPORT Desktop App.
For None VIVEPORT Subscribers:
Make sure that you have Downloaded Ready Player One: OASIS beta
and purchased the "Ready Player One: OASIS beta - Elite Gunter Edition" to get full access to this game.
