When signing in to your HTC Account, make sure you're using the correct email address or phone number and password. Your HTC Account is the email address or phone number that you used during account registration. Password is also case sensitive.
Please note that there are times when our system is temporarily unavailable. Please wait a few minutes before trying to sign in again. Don't worry though, even if you can't sign in right now, your account information and data are safe.

What will happen to my HTC Account if I have not login for a while?
We encourage you to sign in once every 12 months. Inactive accounts longer than 2 years may be permanently removed due to prolonged inactivity. This means that you can't use certain HTC services which require you to sign in HTC Account. You will lose all data associated with those services. You may also lose your purchase content and history.
