Why can't I sign in to my HTC Account on my phone or computer?
When signing in to your HTC Account, make sure you're using the correct email address or phone number and password. Your HTC Account is the email address or phone number that you used during account registration. Password is also case sensitive.

I forgot my HTC Account password. Can I reset it?
Yes. On your phone or computer, open your web browser and go to HTC account website www.htcsense.com. Click the Forgot your password link below the login button. Make sure you reset with your HTC Account email address or phone number that you used during account registration, and follow the instructions to reset your password.
What should I do if my account is lock?
If you or someone has been trying to sign in to your account with wrong password over certain times, your account will be locked. Please reset your password by going to HTC account website www.htcsense.com. Click the Forgot your password link below the login button.
If I choose social sign in and I change my username and password in social media, do I need to change them in HTC account to sign in as well?
No. When you choose to use social sign in, during login process, an authentication page from social media will prompt to collect username or password. This mechanism prevent HTC account to store your login information directly. So please continue your social sign in and use the new username and password in the authentication page from social media if requested.
